Dr. Lee Richter
Dr. Lee Richter is a Houston native who made his way to College Station to earn his DVM from Texas A&M in 2000. When he’s not at the clinic, you can usually find him enjoying life with his wife and their three daughters—who keep him busy! A true Aggie at heart, Dr. Richter loves attending any A&M sporting event and hitting the golf course whenever he gets a chance. His fur-family consist of: Milo, a Goldendoodle, and Ava, a spunky terrier mix.
Owner
Dr. Tony Randolph
Originally from Fort Worth, Dr. Tony Randolph graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 and has a special interest in surgery and ultrasound. For Dr. Randolph, the most rewarding part of the day is helping pet owners keep their companions healthy and happy. He treats every patient like his own and every owner like a member of his family, taking the time to explain the "what" and "why" behind every procedure. Outside of work, he loves hiking, fishing, and camping with his family and his two dogs, Indy (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and Hank (a Golden Doodle).
Owner
Dr. Jaynie McDaniel
Dr. Jaynie McDaniel was born in Germany and lived all over the U.S. before graduating from Texas A&M in 1998. She views complex medical cases as a "true crime investigation" and loves the challenge of solving a difficult diagnostic puzzle. Before her career in veterinary medicine, she served in the Army! Dr. McDaniel is a stationery and fountain pen enthusiast who loves exploring national parks with her family and her two Boston Terriers, Hico ("The Elder") and Papi ("The Favorite").
Dr. Heather Ogle
Dr. Heather Ogle is an Arlington native and a 2000 graduate of Texas A&M. She specializes in dermatology and geriatric medicine, finding it incredibly rewarding when a happy owner requests to see her again. Her approach to care is built on transparency: she provides thorough exams and explains all options so owners can make the best choice for their pets. At home, she cares for a diverse crew, including Beaker (a toy-loving Golden Retriever), Beans (a picky Guinea pig), and Bebes (a 27-year-old ball python). She’s currently even building her own live-edge coffee table from scratch!
Dr. Briawn Franklin
Dr. Briawn Franklin joined us from Tulsa, Oklahoma, after earning her DVM from Oklahoma State in 2016. She has a passion for surgery and exotics and approaches patient care with a unique mix of clinical reasoning and deep empathy. She describes her "spirit breed" as having a Cattle Dog brain, a Pitbull heart, and the curiosity of a Poodle. At home, she is "judged" by Tillie (her Calico cat), drooled on by Salem (her happy black cat), and kept on her toes by Rufus (a Chihuahua mix). Fun fact: Dr. Franklin is a major shoe enthusiast, currently owning over 150 pairs!
Dr. Caitlin Oliver
An Arlington native, Dr. Caitlin Oliver graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. She is passionate about orthopedics, surgery, and preventative medicine, with a strong emphasis on client education. She believes that ensuring owners truly understand their pet's care is the foundation of great medicine. When she isn't caring for her senior cat, Peyton, Dr. Oliver enjoys baking sourdough, traveling with her husband, and following Formula 1—she’s even traveled to attend a few races!
Dr. Lauren Glotfelty
Dr. Lauren Glotfelty is a dedicated veterinarian who earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University in 2026, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She brings a strong passion for soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, and dermatology to her new role at Richter Animal Hospital. Deeply committed to animal welfare, she has also participated in multiple veterinary mission trips to provide free medical care to animals in need.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Glotfelty enjoys crafting, painting with watercolors, and cheering on Aggie sports. At home, she loves spending time with her American Pit Bull Terrier and favorite cuddle bug, Charlie.
