Dr. Richter received his Bachelors of Science in Veterinary science from Texas A&M University in 1996. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from Texas A&M in May 2000.
Dr. Richter practiced in Fort Worth for 1 year after graduating and has been practicing in Arlington for the past 3 years.
In addition to serving as the Treasurer for the Tarrant County Veterinary Medical Association, Dr. Richter is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical
Association, and the Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Richter and his wife Karen live in Arlington and have 3 daughters, Morgan, Alex and Ryan, as well as 2 dogs, Macy and Jackson. Dr. Richter has a deep sense of both family and community,
and believes that being a Veterinarian involves not only healing but educating as well.
